Well satisified. Was as presented in description.
Bathroom was clean. Very minimal noise levels. Could use a toaster instead of a hot dog warmer. And a coffee maker would be appropriate. Otherwise satisified our needs.

My stay at Tabby Rentals studio apartment
Contrary to the negative reviews I had read, I arrived to a very big and clean room with all the necessary appliances and amenities to make my stay OK. Bed was big and mattress was OK. There was a table and chairs, AC, fan and a very clean and decent bathroom. People shouldn’t always buy online reviews. I am visiting again when next I am in Philly.

Rundown roadside motel type "accommodation"
We only stayed one hour, enough to secure a decent clean safe accommodation somewhere else. The keep up of the building the room and the entire place is a disaster . It should never be advertised foe a vacation stay. Maybe it can be use as an hourly motel for truck drivers, not as a vacation.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Trash on floor, host blamed it on stove replacement an hour before we arrived, refused to clean it. Windows with blinds open to neighbors and sunrise, dirty hallway and entrance, full dustpan by our entrance, ceiling light bulb dead, no towel or paper towels for kitchen, no utensils, useless kitchen.
