Went for S.B. parade. I was aware that there may be some issues just because of the number if guest. We didnt arrive until after midnight, check in and the room looked like someone just left. Bed not made, dirty towels everwhere, entire room was not cleaned at all. Insufficient staff. The nice lady at the front desk gave us sheets to make the bed ourselves and had no new pillow cases... i have never had to make my own bed at a hotel. You cant charge the prices you are charging for guest to have to make their own beds!

Flew in from Vancouver Canada for NFC Conference Title game against Washington Commanders. The Wyndham is located in Old District area which allowed me easy access to take in awesome history. Walking distance to many spots. Red Owl Tavern, Fork, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Reading Terminal Market. Market Line for Stadium access. A great time. Staff very helpful to get questions answered. Much love. Hit some local craft beer spots, Philadelphia Museum Of Art, Love Square. It was a great 3 days 2 nights! Go Birds!
