Went for S.B. parade. I was aware that there may be some issues just because of the number if guest. We didnt arrive until after midnight, check in and the room looked like someone just left. Bed not made, dirty towels everwhere, entire room was not cleaned at all. Insufficient staff. The nice lady at the front desk gave us sheets to make the bed ourselves and had no new pillow cases... i have never had to make my own bed at a hotel. You cant charge the prices you are charging for guest to have to make their own beds!

Stayed for 3 nights. Housekeeping never came once. Breakfast in the pics is NOT included (charged $10 for a piece of toast). Elevators were broken. Room was dated. Giant wet stain (assuming it was urine) on one of our beds. Hotel and staff smell like marijuana. Only good thing was location proximity to the Liberty Bell. Will never stay here again.
