Premiere chambre horrible, odeur d’humidité et moisissure plafond dans le bain tombé avec degat d’eau, on a ete changé de chambre et pas un 5 etoile mais vivable! Tres bruyant dans les corridores et les chambres voisine

Dear Serge,Sorry for the inconvenience you had while stay with us. It's not damp, it was because of the hot temperature and room being closed you felt like that. The tile problem will be resolved on Monday, as soon as our maintenance person arrives. Hope you understand.

L'hôtel est un peu tout croche, mais l'essentiel est quand même propre. Vraiment trop cher pour ce que c'est, mais pour dépanner c'est correct.

This is a place I would not visit again. A small upcharge will get you a much nicer place. This establishment is well below average and I don't see a path for it to get much better. Beware of surprise charges. I paid in full through Expedia only to find out there were additional charges upon arrival. What seemed like somewhat attractive pricing turned into price gouging very quickly. I could have stay at a Try by Hilton for the same price with a substantially better experience. Lesson learned. I will not make that mistake again. I also have to question using Expedia and their no refund policy to get the best rates. That turned out to be a big mistake.

Dear Barry, Sorry for the inconvenience you had while staying with us, particularly the slow check-in. We understand that you had to wait for another guest to complete their process, we've reviewed our check-in process with our front desk team and are working on ways to make it fasten. There's a pet fee associated with your stay, which was clearly outlined on our booking website. We also showed it to you and it is also clearly mentioned at the front desk. So, there was no surprise charges. FYI Tru by Hilton also charges you for the pet.Hope you understand!

The people are great. They have done an amazing job transforming this hotel. We stay each year when we visit my home town and live how much they have accomplished.

Terrible Read this before you stay here!

Unfortunately, I almost fell off the toilet because the seat was not totally attached! I'm also really tired of staying in places where they give you 2 "bath" that are so small they barely cover your body unless you are a small child! What if you wash your hair? Are you supposed to use a hand towel?? I had specifically asked for a first floor room because we had 2 dogs and I have a difficult time climbing stairs due to 2 total hip surgeries. Of course we ended up on the second floor! When we got there the women who "assigned" us our room also told us there would be $100 security fee! Not a word was mentioned about this when we booked this room. The bathroom sink had a large crack and the lampshade was torn. There also was no way to turn the huge spotlight (by the door entrance)out without turning the TV off. We tried different outlets but nothing worked. The TV screen itself was probably a 32" but the picture was probably 12". I tried everything to try to enlarge it with not luck. You had to be directly in front of it to even read the guide. I felt like I was in the twilight zone! The door stuck so badly that even my husband had a difficult time closing it. You couldn't slam it, you had to push it shut with with brute force! The view from the balcony was nice but I would not set foot on the balcony because it looked like it wouldn't hold any human weight. Cracked cement and the rail looked very unsteady. Overall, NOT a great place to stay

Dear George,We apologize for any difficulty you experienced during your visit. We had to place you on the second level because the 1st floor room was unavailable due to the weekend. Please contact the front desk if you want more towels, and they will be given to you. If any of the problems had been taken up with the front desk like the toilet seat and television, they would have been promptly fixed.Since you had hip surgery, I can understand your aggression in climbing to the second level, but we only had singles remaining that day, so please accept my apology once again.I hope you understand!
