I liked the location. About it . I when i booked the room i was supposed to have a balcony and room cleaner daily
No coffee or tea available in room. Not clean. No safe in room as described. Or any of the aove. Staff not
interested in making a happy stay. Do not revisit.

Publié le 19 oct. 2019 sur HotelsThere are drops of water from the above room In the toilet and after the staff was told, someone repairing in 24 hours. The cashier is lovely, the staff downstair are sincerely even though they are not in a uniform. I will be back again for sure.

The beds are firm but comfortable and the TV reception is good. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, the only thing that would make this perfect would be a fridge in the room. situated close to many food outlets, a pharmacy, ATM and laundry services within 100 metres. Outstanding value for money

Fancy Guest House has always been my ‘go to’ place to stay in PHnom Penh. This is my first stay since ownership changed! I precooked and prepaid. When I arrived there was no room for me!
I anticipated there could be a problem with prebooking sonI had a fiend in Phnom Penh contact , several days in advance to confirm my booking! When I expressed frustration about no room, the lady at front desk lied to me and told me that my friend cancelled my room, then she said they had problems with Expedia.
Finally they found my a room, in a very low end place...not god at all. No discount/compensation was made for the mixup! In fact when we left they tried to charge me again for the rooms I had already paid.
This was just the beginning of several disappointing experiences with Fancy. I could go no, but won’t! I will look for another place to stay next trip to Phnom Penh!
