Hotel neuf belle qualité beaux meubles en bois, ascenseur futuriste, dommage que la déco (luminaires, rideaux) soit aussi kitch! Accueil sympa mais une partie du staff ne parle pas anglais.

The room I selected showed a balcony picture and said there was a balcony there wasn't, said there was hot water there was none,said they spoke English they didn't, said there was a newspaper there wasn't,safe in room was broken,they didn't even have my booking when I arrived,the small window in the room wasn't to the outside just a vent,room had plastic flowers and very claustrophobic,too small .Internet was barely usable, couldn't connect 90 percent of the time,the lobby is a store.Good location,lots of money changers,Central market very close,bank with ATM just down the street,good coffee cafe right next door,about 20 minutes walk to river front. Not a place I would recommend .

I know the place and its perfect location. Unfortunately, the taxi driver bringing my girlfriend from the airport pretended he could not find it and finally dropped her at a 'friend's' hotel.

NOT THE HOTEL IN THE PICTURES! AVOID THIS PLACE!

First off..the picture in the list IS NOT THS HOTEL. There are air fresheners everywhere and my room stunk like vomit. The couple running the hotel are the absolute laziest 2 humans in Cambodia and will do nothing to help you in any way. They had no idea how to look up my reservation and just took a picture of my phone screen. The man will never smile or give you any politeness at all and just lays on the couch all day watching his phone. THERE IS NO WIFI HERE!

たまたま開いていたのか広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。ホテルの前は国際空港へダイレクトに行ける路線バスの停留所で交通費の節約になりました。

There was a problem as the front desk didnt have my reservation. Took almost 20mins to solve it. It was a bad start. They had to make several calls before i was given a room. The room was comfortable to stay in. But could do away with too much of decorative items eg flowers at the tables as it took up space. Providing a table to write would be better. Otherwise, it was JUST NICE
