Lovely place to stay
Posted Jun. 4, 2024 on HotelsThe iRoHa Garden Hotel is a lovely place to stay. It doesn’t have all the refinement of a 5 star hotel, but it also has more character. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and dinner and breakfast excellent. I do highly recommend this property.

Posted Mar. 22, 2024 on HotelsThis hotel is not your standard 4/5 * hotel. This is a local, individual hotel, not a sky scraper. It is run and owned by a Japanese manager as a result, the service is 10*. The staff are thoughtful and truly charming. Nothing has been overlooked to make your stay the best it can be. I had considered Rosewood but, really glad I didn’t go there. One large corporate hotel is much like another in any City and the big hotels here are all in the financial district and so no local restaurants you can walk to. The owner of this hotel made personal recommendations of restaurants to try, which were all excellent. Could not recommend this hotel more. It is small, individual and special.

Service and food is exceptional. All staff are extremely polite, helpful and pleasant. This small hotel really is a hidden gem.
