Robbery in my suitcase in my room!!!
Publié le 16 mai 2019 sur HotelsLast stay my sunglasses were stolen in my room. When I asked for compensation the management denied facts and didn’t offer any compensation. I am travelling the world and it never happened. This was my last stay at ERA, I will change for a better hotel with honest staff (or responsible). To ERA management, I will make a much noise as possible so that all my contacts ignore your hotel or at least are aware how bad you treat your customers. BAD PEOPLE

We’ve so regretted to hear that your sunglasses were lost while you staying with us.
Once we got your message, we are immediately taking action with HODs and staff on this case and found that room #1417 was well cleaned and ready for check-in since the morning. As per informed by our front desk team, you were checked in at 06:48 pm on 10th May and early checked out on 11th May at 05:16 am. We also checked the video camera and sure that there is no other person or hotel staff entered your room during you stayed here. On the other hand, there is no something was found in your room, in the lift, or on the floor after you checked out, reported by the housekeeping team. We are worried that your property was not lost inside of our hotel. However, we keep announcing to our staff and thank for taking your value time to stay with us.

Location not the best, staff were fabulous, is a 24/7 supermarket 50 mtrs up the road.

Bar at pool area was closed. And so no way to order drinks or food. Only able to attend breakfast buffet.

Good choice
Publié le 12 févr. 2019 sur HotelsI got the corner suite, room was huge, had a commercial kitchen. Prices are reasonable, $15 Khmer massage. Free breakfast had a good selection. Free parking. Higher floors had good views of the city.

숙박시설의 위치는 그다지 좋지않았지만, 내부 시설은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.
