Bel hôtel mais des éléments "bizarres "

Personnel très aimable mais un peu inexpérimenté. Ayant demandé une chambre twin, on m’attribue une king size. Depuis cette chambre j’appelle la réception qui me soutient qu’il y a bien 2 lits !!!! J’insiste pour changer et on me donne une twin avec un "frigo" qui ne fait pas de froid. Je demande un vrai frigo et la réponse est "toutes les chambres twin ont ce même type de frigo- qui ne fait pas de froid- seules les chambres king size ont un vrai grand frigo!!!" J’insiste ( nous avons du matériel médical à garder au froid) et on me propose d’ajouter un lit pliant dans la chambre kg size. J’ai accepté mais plutôt étonnant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Il y a 2 tours avec 2 ascenseurs qui ne communiquent pas, pour nous on devait descendre au rdc, traverser la réception pour prendre un autre ascenseur pour aller à la piscine, au restaurant, à la terrasse et à la salle de gym Les points positifs: beau buffet du 31 décembre sur la terrasse au dernier étage avec vue sur le feu d’artifice, bouteilles d’eau en verre ds la chambre, grande chambre, balcon, proche du marché central, très agréable chauffeur de tuk tuk devant l’hôtel qui nous a été très utile.

empathy, thought and training required.

I have stayed several times at this hotel as it is convenient for the area, facilities are ok but hospitality staff and training need to be improved starting with the management / admin staff that use the breakfast area every morning without any acknowledgement of the paying guests supplementing their salary - a simple smile and hello goes a long way! It is unlikely I will be staying again due to an incident where I was sick (food poisoning) on day of checking out, while checking out and waiting for taxi, I asked for a bottled water, which resulted in reception manager giving a bunch of excuses. I walked away, there will be no future business from me or my clients!! Phnom Penh now has so many choices.

Beautiful hotel. Cannot fault. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

Espectacular hotel, espectaculares instalaciones. Las calles alrededor muy sucias y te daba la sensación de inseguridad.

Nice place with a lot of rules

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, but do seem to rigidly follow odd rules. For example , there was almost no one in the hotel in the off season, July, yet when we went to play ping pong by then pool we were promptly informed that there was a limit of 20 mins on the table. We didnt intend to play longer than that but they did seem to have a lot of these mildly annoying rules
