Nice location and well kept home

The home was clean and easy to get in, and the host was super easy to communicate with. We will stay here on our next trip.

Beautiful house, nice Jacuzzi

Needless to say I would stay here again. Would be perfect for a family gathering or simply get away from the city ❤️. My favorite part was that it's secluded up in the mountains in an amazing neighborhood. Super quiet which was nice when sitting in the Jacuzzi at night or morning.

Great value for the money
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was great for the purpose of our visit to the Goodyear, AZ area. The owner Paul, is no non-sense, just straight the point of the business, so don't expect any fluff or small talk. The bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the kitchen and common areas were nice and functional for everyone to gather. My only feedback I would offer is a heads up on the water filter needing to be changed and to have working water from the refriegerator would have been helpful. With 107 degrees in July in Arizona, water bottles are at a premium. We had to buy lots of them since the water from the refrigerator was not operable. We were charged for a cleaning fee with the reservation, however, there were several areas in the home where it had not been dusted causing a bit of issues on allergies. Outside of that, we would recommend the home.
