This amazing home has plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. With 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, you can’t go wrong. The vast outdoor area features a heated pool, in-ground spa, built-in waterslide, grill, and 65” TV. Play a game of basketball or pickleball on your private, multi-use sports court. or practice your short game on the putting green. Play a game of corn hole, or relax on the lounge chairs around the pool! Too hot outside? Relax in the movie theatre, complete with a projector and surround sound.

Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65” TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and a family-style table to enjoy dinner. Just off the main living area is a recreational room complete with a pool table, poker table, and smart TV.

Pool heat is available by request at a rate of $100 a day. It will be applied to the entire stay.
There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.
RV Motorhome Parking is available with approval.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

Good stay for a large group.
The outdoor space was a huge amenity for our family's stay. The location is close enough to all the key attractions in Scottsdale, and with plenty of grocery and convenience stores within a 5-minute drive to the property. Plenty of room for a large group.

This home was perfect for a group of friends wanting a get away without kids. It would also be good for kids depending on age since the pool is deep. We had issues getting the iPad connected to the pool setting as it wouldn’t connect even with router resets.

Great house
We really liked this property. It’s located next to tons of grocery stores and other shops so stocking the kitchen was easy. The kids spent all day in the pool. The waterside is amazing, and the heater kept everything warm. The 3 master suites are huge and bigger than they look online. The other 3 bedrooms are smaller but still a good size. The kitchen was a bit small but worked for our group. Interior finishes weren’t super high end but were clean and functional and we spent most of our time outside. Would definitely stay again.

This place is awesome! Perfect for the weekend, 6 rooms, 3 with on-suite bathrooms. Very spacious and great backyard. Good location, close to a lot of things we wanted to do.

Great stay!
The property was very well maintained. Theatre room was perfect for Saturday football. Outdoor kitchen and lounge area was great for our large group. The house slept all 15 bachelors great! The property was perfect for our Scottsdale stay. The only issue we ran into were that the basketball hoop was not functional which was a big disappointment because the main groom/bachelor is really into pick up basketball and would have played if the goal was in better shape/quality. The other downer was that we did not give enough notice to heat the pool and management would not heat it for us last minute despite us being willing to spend the extra money to attempt to raise the temp on the pool (be sure to give notice if this is something you think you will use). We ended up using the pool but not as much as we would have liked to if it wasn’t a cold plunge. Definitely wouldn’t be an issue during other seasons though! Overall our experience at this property was excellent! We would indeed return!

Problems with property and misrepresentation
Here is a list of problem areas of this property and misrepresentations of this rental property: 1. No Backboard to basketball hoop. We had to wait 4 days for a substitute. Sport court is main reason Irenyed this property 2. Light inside pool hanging out under No Diving sign near water slide 3. All bathrooms smell like septic 4. Slider door has black box hanging down 5. Outdoor lighting by putting green does not work 6. Outdoor spotlights do not work 7. Bedroom doors squeak all the time 8. Wrong entry code emailed 9. Wi-Fi incorrect 10. Impossible to find popcorn packs for the theater popcorn machine--should at least supply a couple 9. The website does not clearly indicate that Outdoor fire pit is wood burning not gas 10. Paid in advance for heated pool but had to call to set up --so we had to wait for pool to be usable. Lost 2 days of pool use--I paid in advance so pool would be heated upon arrival as stated in pool information.

Great house!
We had a great time having a kid free vacation at this home! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy each others company :) Great location, close to lots of shopping, groceries and restaurants! The theater room was a great spot to watch the Wold Series! The pool was great and the hot tub was a great spot to unwind after a fun day. All around awesome property! Thanks!

Perfect home for lots of people
The house is great! Lots of room and we had 16 of us that part was Perfect, pool was clean and we had lots of fun in the back yard, couple of things I didn't like, the wifi is absolutely terrible can't even watch stuff on Netflix it's constantly losing signal. Also I've never stayed at a house that had zero spices no salt no pepper i thought that was super weird and inconvenient. The other is the owners are very fast at getting back if you need anything but we tried to check in 30 minutes early and I was told that "I needed to be patient" and under no sercumstances could we check in 30 minutes early so we had to sit in the driveway in the heat for 30 min that was super rude and unprofessional. I would likely stay there again but they need to do something about the wifi.

Great House for Golf Trip
I stayed at this home for 4 nights with 6 totals guys on a golf trip. The management team is great! I told them we would arrive late (after midnight) and they left all the lights on and snacks and waters in the house for us! Thank you. We had a great time in the pool, spa, outdoor room, movie room, and playing pool.

Beautiful home but in need of cleaning and maintenance
I’ll start with the positives. The home was beautiful with a great pool and water slide! We also really enjoyed having 3 master suites with en suite bathrooms. The pool table, game table and theatre room were all really great to have! The people I spoke with at the management company were very nice and responded quickly (for example, they got right on the phone with Cox when the internet went down and it was up and running again pretty quickly). The home is in an older but nice neighborhood and a safe area. The linens were all nice and very clean. Now for the downsides. The carpets were very dirty and stained. The vents, window sills, baseboard, etc. were all very dirty. The window sills had lots of dead bugs and cobwebs. The vent over the stovetop was especially disgusting. It seems that no detailed cleaning or deep cleaning is ever done. I messaged twice before arrival asking if the door to the master suite had been repaired since I noticed that more than one review mentioned that it wouldn’t stay closed. I was assured that maintenance always handles any repairs right away so it was done but they would confirm. I never did get that confirmation. When we arrived we found that it was not repaired. Fortunately one of group is quite handy and was able to do a temporary fix. The other real issue we had is that there was a camera above the pool. While I have no issue with cameras at the garage or front door for security, I find a camera above the pool to be very invasive. I saw no mention of this in the listing and was not told about it after booking. Overall, a beautiful property but cleaning, maintenance and privacy were an issue.

Fun but some issues
Our family loved the variety of activities available in the home and the numerous bedrooms. It's a gorgeous home that we enjoyed. The theater was great, and our kids particularly loved the water slide. However, there were some maintenance issues that were not resolved during our stay, and we noticed some of those issues were mentioned in previous reviews. This includes bugs (including roaches, scorpions, and spiders), poor pool cleanliness, and a bedroom door not closing properly which did not allow for privacy. Maintenance did come out and showed us how to clean the pool ourselves and was not able to fix the door. After we already cleaned the pool, a pool boy showed up which we did not know about.

Missed the mark for a crowd
The home accommodated our requirements well, however, the property itself was lacking in some areas. The home sleeps 16 yet the kitchen is not setup to support a crowd of that size. It has minimal kitchen supplies and is inadequate to service more then 6-8 people. The doors to the bedrooms would not stay closed, so privacy was an issue. Many small unattended to maintenance items - chair's at card game table were broken and table itself was broken - if you leaned on it it would tilt over. There were no floaties or other items that we saw listed on the advertisement, so we had to go out and buy them. All in all it could have been great, but, fell short due to lack of attention to details. When folks are coming from out of town they cannot bring their own supplies. We were there for 4 days and had to buy everything including soap in the bathrooms. For the price this is unacceptable. It would not have taken much effort on the owners/property managers part to move this review to excellent, as the home was well suited for a large group and for our purposes as a work retreat. TV's were not smart TV's so we could not do simple things like a slide show - who doesn't have a smart TV in 2022? yet has a home theater. Of which is not hooked up as a smart TV. We had to rent a projector. One of the toilets leaked and they were very responsive about getting it fixed. This property was very expensive, so, are expectations were set at that level.

Group thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Check in and out time weren't ideal - leaving very little time to clean up during check out. Otherwise would recommend this house to anyone for large groups!
