Hubby and I absolutely loved this property from the location, cleanliness, friendly staff and being able to walk over to Kierland Commons and the Quad was the cherry on top! We’ll definitely be back !!

Apparently you have to ask to have your room cleaned if you stay more than one night. I have never stayed anywhere that you have to request that previously. Hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable.

Nos cobraron el deposito que se supone nos regresarian pero lo cargaron a la tarjeta antes de que hicieramos el check up y pedimos alimentos que cargaron al cuarto y realmente fue un robo, ahora debo el doble de lo que pague de hospedaje y no me han podido resolver nada. Entiendo que es la zona VIP pero en realidad es injusto los cargos por alimentos y que sea tanto el deposito que piden por dia el cual no deberian de cargar.

Upon check-in, a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure. I’m sorry that this was not effectively communicated and for any frustration caused.
