No Clue How To Do Their Job
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsI was told by Misty or Missy that I could book for Sunday and get an early check in approved. I was told to book it online to get the best rates, so I did. I booked the hotel and arrived at the early check in time I had asked for. I was then informed by the front desk person Darrius that I could not get an early check in and that I was unable to book a room at that time due to the system being in audit. As I walked out the door expressing that “I love people that can’t do their job”, he asked my name. I turned and informed him of my name and he began to argue with me. He mentioned he was informed that I would be arriving early but that there was nothing he could do. As the argument continued, I explained that I will be issuing a chargeback on the hotel for lying and “burn the place down online”. Darrius then told me that I was trespassing and began calling Scottsdale Police Department. Do not believe a word these people say and be careful if you have to have a conversation with them, they do not hesitate to steal your money and call the police on you

Staff was friendly and facility was clean. Suggest a shelf of some sort in the shower for convenience.
