Great place to stay for spring training!
The house is in an awesome location for going to spring training games. There are lots of restaurants fairly close also. The pool was great and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing house with a very warm pool!
This property met our needs perfectly as we had 7 ladies involved in a tennis tournament at the near-by Surprise Tennis & Racquet Center, only 3 minutes away.Our stay was for 6 nights in February 10-16 and we paid for the beautiful pool to ve heated. It was gorgeous! I'll book this home again!

Family stay for Memorial and moving
There were 11 of us. The only issue was the bathrooms. The master bathroom does not have a door so the entire bedroom would have to be vacated for someone to shower there. The other shower was tiny and the shower curtain badly needs to be changed The design sort of forces everyone into one shower.

Everything was wonderful. The home was comfortable and homey. The AC worked great. The backyard space was large and comfortable, grill worked great, misting system and outdoor fan! The pool was clean and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed AND all the cabinets and drawers were labeled so you did not have to hunt for things. I LOVED THIS. The light switches in the home were also labeled, which was so helpful. The house was clean. I cannot say enough positive things!

Amazing experience at The Villa
I wish I could rate our stay more than 5 stars! Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was so well maintained, cleanliness was a 10, enough activities to keep everyone entertained and the list goes on. The owner went so far above and beyond for us- we were there for a baseball tournament and knew it was going to be a scorcher everyday sitting out in the field watching, so I asked if she had a pop up tent and chairs. She responded immediately saying they had chairs but no tent. 5 min later she replied again and said a tent will be on our porch waiting for us when we arrive! I’ve never had that type of hospitality from an owner before. I would definitely rent this house again in the future and everyone who stayed with us loved it as well!

Fantastic!
A group of 7 of us (4 adults, 2 teenagers and 10 yr-old) spent 5 days at The Villa for a baseball tournament. We had a fantastic time at the heated pool, enjoyed the proximity to the baseball field and really appreciated the welcoming & accommodating hosts. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed to stay entertained or cook/barbecue a tasty meal. Our favorite were fresh oranges, grapefruits and lemons growing right in the yard. We are already planning a next visit! Thank you you for having us and sharing your wonderful place.

Slice of paradise
The property was clean and comfortable. The owners make sure to have a lot of extra special things in the home to make it convenient for the guests such as spices, coffee, and ziploc bags. The lines were high quality and were soft. Outside was delightful. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and outdoor grill. Access to the home was super easy. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving family dinner and visiting. Large house with lots of seating. Well equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Great location in Surprise. Super easy check in AND out process, and great, timely communication with the host. Absolutely would stay again.

We rented this house for our mixed doubles team. We were 6 couples and one single. One couple slept on a comfortable queen air mattress and the single person slept on a mattress by the shuffle board. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the various sitting arrangements. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to be cooking etc. We would stay there again if we are so lucky to make it that far again!

Great house for our family while we were in AZ for a baseball tournament. Very well-appointed! Pool table, yard games, nice pool towels, portable speaker, comfortable outdoor furniture, grill, washer and dryer —and it was nice that things like paper products, condiments, soap, and spices were supplied. The billiards table came in very handy while we had game delays due to the monsoons. And being so close to the stadium where we played, it was very convenient to go back to the house between games. Very comfortable and welcoming property. Was easy to relax and settle in. Felt like home. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that was missing was a pool floatie or two, but those are easily bought at a CVS. Great house!

Amazing weekend
We came to Surprise to participate in the USTA Nationals tournament at the tennis and racquet center less than a mile from this home. The owners were incredibly efficient and accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, the house is beautiful and well supplied, and we didn't want to leave the backyard pool area! We would come back here to stay again in a heartbeat.

Better than expected!!
We had a great visit to Surprise, despite not being able to see spring training and baseball which was the plan for the trip. The house was amazing- All the beds were comfortable, house was clean and very nicely put together. It had very nice touches to make if feel like a home. Amenities were great, well stocked kitchen! They were very accommodating for kids amenities, and got us a stroller very last minute. The pool and yard games for the kids were over the top, tons of fun and laughs!! We grilled, hung out in the yard and swam everyday. A really great vacation and we want to definitely come back to town for Spring Training next year! Thank you Bonnie for your amazing hospitality! You were truly going above and beyond for all our needs. You made the trip much easier traveling with a young one!

Excellent Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at The Villa! The owners thought of everything to make our week extra special...big, fluffy beach towels, laundry soap, tin foil for the BBQ, it was all there and ready for us. The house was perfect for the 3 couples and 1 teen we had with us, with an extra room to spare. We enjoyed some sunny days by the wonderful pool, and some cozy nights watching movies on the big screen TV. The pool table was also a big hit! We are already talking about when we can stay again!

This home is as advertised. Nice, clean and quiet. Fruit trees in the yard had ripe oranges, grapefruits and lemons. The pool was perfect for January swimming. We were very happy with our stay. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone else. Thank you!
