Quiet location, had a good night sleep. However the sofa bed was disappointing with stains and some odd added on foam pads that were to big for the sofa bed. The front desk person apologized for the inconvenience and offered a discount for our next stay.

The breakfast was great, check in staff was ok, check out staff very friendly. A little run down and the area seems like its going out of business.
