Great house for a family

Loved it!

Perfect house for our family. The pictures are accurate and we highly recommend this house. Well maintained and stocked. Quiet neighborhood, great location near all the stores. Owner provided all the necessary info to check in and out, it was a breeze! Can’t say enough great things about this house. The family loved it and was sad to leave. Clean, well stocked with everything that you would have in a home except for the pool and putting green. Great neighbors and getting a walk around the neighborhood Saw quail many times and a roadrunner at sunset. sunset.

Had a very nice stay here recently. Property was as advertised in a nice quiet neighborhood just a short drive from a grocery store and busy retail area. Karen was most considerate of our 2 day late weather related arrival and managed to get credited for the shorter stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous getaway for our family!

Ideal home for our family of 4! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Patio with pool, putting green and lounging chairs was perfect for hanging out and spending time together. We paid to heat the pool which was well worth the small additional expense! Home is close to plenty of hiking — Skyline Park and also the White Tank Mountains, golf courses and paved sidewalks and paths for running, plus grocery shopping. Clear check-in and check-out instructions and very responsive contacts for a few questions that arose. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Stay!!

We loved staying here with family. The pool and back patio seating was perfect for hanging out with family. The bedrooms were great-very comfortable beds! . It was fun playing card games and doing a puzzle. Kitchen has all amenities and is genrously equipped! In a great neigborhood located near everything you could possibly need. Close to many stores and restaurants and golfing! Quick response to all questions. We look forward to staying here again someday!

Our family was looking for a place to relax and sit by the pool and this house was perfect. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Everything we needed was provided and the large umbrellas they have for out back are really nice for when you need a sun break but don’t want leave the pool. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property for any size gathering.

We weren't sure where was best to stay as we were planning to do some work (away from home) and a bit of relaxing. The home couldn't have been better! 4 wonderful bedrooms, PLUS a small office for those that needed to make calls during the day. It could easily handle 8 people without feeling crowded (we only had 3 of us). The outside space was great - comfortable for those that wanted sun or those that preferred the shade. The kitchen was super well laid out and easy to work in even if all 3 of us were cooking. Buckeye was a bit of a drive from the things we were doing, however, as it was my first time in Phoenix, it may be that everything seems to be a 30 minute drive. We weren't used to that - but that was on us for not researching better. But the house could not have been better!!
