Parking sucks great location

Everything was good other than no parking valet only and it’s too expensive to valet park lower valet parking for we could give the valet a tip.

At first glance in the evening the hotel holds up in appearance like any boutique-like hotel. In the morning, I discovered dirty walls, ill functioning tv remote, and a burnt out light night stand. Parking, it’s mainly street because they don’t have a parking lot (pay attention to street parking signs). They have valet but too pricey. The area is a gentrified with new and old apartments. I told the front desk about the state of the room but they didn’t seem to note or write down the discrepancies.

Everything is close by, staff is friendly, room was clean. Great stay overall.
