We arrived on a Sunday and the room was so filthy we had to buy Lysol disinfectant and wipe everything down. It was disgusting the dirt we removed from the shelves and furniture. The air conditioning was not working and I called immediately to get it fixed or to be moved to a room with air conditioning. The person said they would notify management about the problem and would call me the following morning. No one returned my call or showed up to fix the air conditioner on Monday morning. At 1:00 PM in the afternoon I called again. I got the same response, that management would be notified. The room was also supposed to have a hair dryer, which it didn’t. I asked someone they could bring one by and “management would be notified”. Tuesday I found out that there was a manager on site and went and asked to be moved to a room with air conditioning. He immediately moved us to a new room with air conditioning and a hair dryer. Later that night someone was smoking in one of the nonsmoking rooms and set off the fire alarm at 11:00 PM. This happened each and every night until we left. Being awakened in the middle of the night by a fire alarm blaring at 11:00 PM and having to vacate the room in your pajamas is not what I would call a comfortable stay! This was not a bargain, it was a desaster!

Nice friendly place. I would stay again.

Everyone was friendly from checking in, room was nice clean. The place was safe.
