We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is wonderful and easy to get to many things. We loved the little coffee shop right around the corner. The apartment was clean, quiet, and stocked with towels, laundry detergent and coins for the washing machine, shampoo, body wash, and everything else you could need. We will definitely be booking there for future trips!

This apartment was very nice. It’s located in a quiet area that is close to everything you could possibly need. There is a reserved parking soace in the shade. Apartment itself was spotless and nicely decorated with care. Beds were comfy and the AC kept us cool during an “extreme heat” advisory. The owner reached out to see if we had everything we needed which was thoughtful. Would stay here again.

Easy to do business and the place was lovely

My daughter and son-in-law had a great stay, and Ryan was very easy to communicate with and worked w my daughter instead of me which was awesome. Their only issue was that the bedding was extremely fragrant, like maybe too much detergent was used. That is the only reason they got a 4 for cleaniness...I didn’t know where else to comment on that. Thank you for the great stay and prompt communication!

Home was perfect for what we needed
. Stocked well, SUPER clean, lots of extras (pool towels
did you know the pool was just outside your front door).. laundry was just across the path, and the hosts even provide you coins and soap! Seriously, as a VRBO owner, I love when owners SERVICE the clients

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place ! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. Great spot for a quick trip. Old Town was filled with great shops, restaurants and nightlife. The unit had everything we needed and was fairly central to all the places we needed to go. Felt very safe. Great coffee shop just down the block.

This property was perfect for our stay in Scottsdale. The location was ideal for walking or getting a short uber to the entertainment scene. The property was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The host was very kind and accomodating. Highly recommend this location.

Great Location! Great Host!

This location is exactly as described and the host is amazing! Plenty of eateries and shops are within walking distance and just a very short drive, if you choose. The neighbors were a delight and super friendly. Ryan was very communicative and SUPER accommodating! I couldn’t say nicer things about the host. The beds are super comfy. The pool is steps away from your door. Scottsdale was amazing and I’ll definitely use this location again when I’m back!

Great location, great place, great host!

This property worked perfectly for three of us exploring Scottsdale. First I have to compliment the host, Ryan. Five star communication and support for our stay before and after. The unit is super clean and well decorated. It’s a corner unit with lots of light and easy access to the carport and street parking. The community is quiet and neighbors friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Grounds, the cafe across the street, for coffee and breakfast or relaxing with a beer or wine on the patio. Walking to Old Town Scottsdale is a breeze. We will definitely reconnect this and book again when we return!

The apartment was well appointed and well situated. It is in easy walking distance to the restaurants and retail offerings of the Old Town district. The entry/exit information was clear and concise. There was a strong cleaning agent odor when we entered and I reported this to Ryan. He replied promptly and plans to address the issue. I would definetly stay there again.
