Private Gated Home, guest house with two master suites, 1 king, 1 queen. Tile and pergo throughout. Great room and kitchen area features stainless appliances including gas cooktop range, microwave, dishwasher and fridge; coffee-maker, waffle-maker, toaster, electric juicer and all the accessories to cook whatever you wish. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer. King suite has his/hers sinks. Both bathrooms feature natural stone large walk-in showers.
Relax in front of the wide-screen TV or sit pool-side. On cool evenings enjoy a fire in the outdoor fireplace.
Swim, sun, relax in the spacious backyard surrounded by trees, including plenty of fruit to pick and enjoy. In October pick fresh pomegranate, in January enjoy sweet pink grapefruit, oranges, tangelos, tangerines, lemons and limes. In the spring there are apricots, nectarines and plums; in the early summer apples, grapes and figs.

Large drive accommodates multiple vehicles or even an RV; hook-ups can sometimes be accommodated for separate fee.

A Little Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Pool House”. The property is comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed the dogs and kitties coming to say hello. As well as picking fresh citrus from trees on the property. The location is convenient to the amenities, dining and shopping in the Peoria area. We would love to return. A Resort Experience

Have you ever gone to a 5-star resort and were the only guests? Well, this was THAT experience. From meeting us at the gate to bringing us fresh apricot jam, our host, Gena, was exceptional. We had access to a huge yard with lots of fruit trees. The two dogs were delightful, and the kitties stopped by to ask for treats. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool. What can we say. This place is a 10!

Home away from Home

We have been going to the Pool House for a number of years. We make it our favourite place to be in the spring and then again in the fall. Gena and Livi are the absolute best hosts! Can not wait for next year!!

HO Um Day in Paradise!!

The property is fantastic...we enjoyed grapefruit and lemons off trees on the property...eggs from the beautiful chickens on the property and fresh vegetables from Gina's garden. The two dogs was especially special, they are wonderful pets! Gina and Livi make you feel at home! Hope to back in the fall.

Charming and Peaceful Oasis

Gena is a gracious host. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, washer & dryer, excellent hot water and water pressure. The friendly dogs & cats are like pet therapy. Pool and hot tub are relaxing. A nice change from staying in hotels

Baseball Spring Training Week

We had a very relaxing time. A evening soak in the hot tub was very relaxing. The pool house was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had fun with the main house’s two dogs and cats It was nice to hear chickens clicking around and their eggs were delicious! Citrus trees everywhere. The house is about a 2mile walk to Peoria Sports Complex. Gina & Livvie, the hosts, were very attentive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Quiet retreat

This pool house was on a beautiful, large property. The space was clean and well-equipped with everything one needs. King bed was super comfy. Home owners are pleasant and friendly. I was thrilled that I had this home to come back to after long days out rather than a drab hotel room.

A perfect 10!!!!!

This was our first ever VRBO...and now we will use it as our standard by which future VRBO's will be judged. This is a shared space with the property owners, as they are in the main house while the VRBO is the "pool house", which is the largest "pool house" I have ever seen. 2 suite bedrooms with full baths, a fullsize laundry room, enormous kitchen....STOCKED of most things you would ever need...if you need something just ask Gina or Livi. We had great communication before we even got there, and once we arrived we met one of the owners in person and he showed us EVERYTHING and introduced us to Pixie & Pogo the dogs, and Rhone and Gypsy the cats (there is a 3rd cat, that we didn't meet). There are also about a dozen beautiful chickens roaming free. It was a paradise. We settled in very easily and the bed was wonderful. We used the pool quite a bit the next day, and it was perfect temp, very clean and very relaxing. Gina and her granddaughter joined us and we had a wonderful time. The pool is beautiful and also very large with a deep end. The pool is located between the main house and pool house...and the entire property is completely fenced. We made it to State Farm Stadium from the VRBO in 20 minutes, and there is plenty of grocery/restaurants/etc. nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be inquiring to stay there again the next time we come to Phoenix.

Almost reluctant to tell the world how cool this place is, as it’ll likely make it harder for us to get back. Spacious, well-appointed two-bedroom retreat, overseen by two warm, engaging hosts, augmented by two affectionate, energetic pups, featuring a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, staffed by roughly a dozen exotic hens laying golden eggs that highlight every breakfast. Located in a community where residents raise a menagerie ranging from turkeys to tortoises, nearby wonderful, accessible trails for hiking, and several golf courses. After exercise, we spent hours in the pool and hot-tub, which highlight a courtyard populated by an orchard of edible, juicable fruit trees (how did I live this long without eating a kumquat?). No exaggeration - our best VRBO experience.

Spring Training Home Run!

There are so many great reasons to stay at the Pool House! *We desired a place close to the NW ball parks and it is a great location * It feels like a country setting but you’re 5 minutes from everything you might want or need * The house is newer and well-designed and in pristine condition * The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious * Fresh eggs and fruit are provided to you, how cool is that! * The yard and the pool are beautiful * The hosts are genuinely gracious, responsive and enjoyable but not intrusive at all We loved our stay here and would definitely return! Everything you want in a VRBO

This is our second time staying in the pool house. It is everything you want in a vacation rental. It is a beautiful semi rural setting with fresh eggs for breakfast and farm animals all around. The house and pool are emaculate. The kitchen is well stocked and very functional. The property is close to Peoria and not far from Glendale and Phoenix. And all arrangments with Gena were easy and professional.

A sunny warm month in Peoria

Gena and Livie and their sidekicks Pogo and Pixie are great hosts. We loved playing frisbee with the dogs and hanging out in the sun-or covered porch, by the pool. Hot tub under the stars (every night but one) for a month. The pool house is a great size, and feels safe and is very comfortable. THE best sheets and beds for a great night sleep, and make it so cozy. Our kids were welcomed guests and we had friends over for dinner and lunch. I'm glad we have the pool house to look forward to in 2024.
