The location was great, the room was fine. We booked a 1 king bed Suite. It included a separate bedroom, 2 TV's, moderate sized ref/freezer (not a dorm fridge), microwave, small dining table / 2 chairs. We paid $750 for 2 nights (Dec 30 & 31st). The price was high due to the Fiesta Bowl and NYE. We knew that when we booked the room. What surprised us was the additional $4 charge that showed up on our credit card. It was for supposedly using the in-room safe at $2 per night! (I didn't) Really! For a room than ran us over $375 a night to add the $2 per night fee is ridiculous. BTY no one mentioned that at check in. Nickle and diming to the max! If we'd stayed a week, they still would have only had to rekey the safe once, why a nightly charge, why any charge!

Expedia says all hotel fees are included. When i checked in, they did not mention any fees, i only caught it when they had me sign a digital form. When i asked about it, they said all hotels charge for "safe" fee. Does this mean the employees are not trustworthy? I was told i could ask for a refund if I didn't use it. At checkout, she was unwilling to give me a refund and I explained i was told I could. She said she could do it as a 1x courtesy. Very deceiving. Expedia, you should look into why the have additional fees.
