Once we figured out the air conditioner in our room, it was very comfortable, and quiet. The check in/ check-out process was super simple, the gal that checked us in was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Very convenient for a quick trip to the airport at an early hour.

Very unsatisfied with this property. Requested housekeeping on my 3rd day of my stay with front desk.. Came be to room that night after working all day. No housekeeping was done, no replacement towels, sheets etc. I also book a room with a microwave/fridge. No microwave was in the room. Nor was one put in during my stay. Solution was to move me onto new room at 8:30 at night, after working all day and being exhausted. Very irritated with the lack of follow thru from this property and housekeeping staff.

Generally speaking it’s clean and quiet However, you can tell there are areas of maintenance that are not looked after and or are not important to the owners. Door locks not working, paint, carpet trim …dirty pool… toilet maintenance (handles loose) dirty grout.

We arrived for my daughter's move in date at ASU. This was our third year staying there. We get a room that had not even bn cleaned and the bathroom was so Nasty and tub all dirty. The hotel itself has really gone downhill from when we first stayed there. Don't know if new owners or what it is really old carpet smells nasty . Needless to say had to shower with my flipflops on. The breakfast was the same everyday. The girl working the front desk and the maintenance guy were real nice about everything. Immediately moved us to another room and ask me if that one was good . Before they went downstairs. The one good thing I can say is that. Will never stay there again.

I made the mistake of booking 2 nights instead of 1. I realized when I saw the confirmation email too late, and called the property and explained and asked if there was anything they could do. They were unforgiving and said they would charge me for the 2 nights anyways. I will not be going back, these corporations are so money hungry. It cut my trip budget down a lot, and it was already small.
