Liked the facilties and the room was quiet. The continental breakfast was very nice.

I will be staying here every time I'm in the area and I recommend this hotel to others. The area is great and conveniently near everything necessary, and some in walking distance. Check-in was a breeze and signing up for free for the Choice membership and the woman explaining it to me was awesome. It also helped when I was going to check out and my flight was delayed and using the membership let me stay until 2PM for free. They already have a late check out at 12PM noon which is great, but being able to stay when I had nowhere else to go was excellent. Clean hotel, outside and inside. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was on the 4th floor and it was very quiet, even during the day. I was able to hear the freeway traffic at night since I was on that side, but it didn't bother me. Breakfast was ok, but I travel a lot personally and for work so don't judge on my review by it, Im just a little burned out on every hotel having the same thing. But other occupants looked like they were enjoying it. I will be back to stay again soon.

The room was ok, one of the lamps did not work, my sheets had a little blood stain, the shower was not really clean, staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok, no i won't stay here again

Wrong Room -Again!
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsFor the 2nd time in a row, the room I reserved was not what I was provided (poolside). I paid extra for that option and was told it was not available and then they didn’t even have a 1st floor room! The clerk did take a picture of my reservation and was going to report it to a manager (no manager on duty). Due to a 3rd party booking, they could not make an adjustment! We’ve stayed at this property dozens of times and the last few, there have been problems. Everything else was as expected- comfortable bed and clean room. There was no clock in the room however, which I did not notice until bedtime! Probably changing my preference of hotels on our next visit here!

Great place to stay
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsVery comfortable beds and pillows. We had a suite, so the extra space with couch was really nice. Nearby medical appointment with a convenient close location of Country Inn. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was great. The only problem was a loud water dripping sound echoing from the pipes. We would definitely stay here again .
