This is a modern hotel, fairly new. However, the upkeep and cleanliness is below average. The elevator was dirty with sticky floors. The lobby was great and the service in the hotel bar was excellent. It was more of the overall hotel upkeep and cleanliness that was subpar. Great Location

Check in was very fast and easy, front desk staff were very friendly. Room was very clean, updated and the bed was AMAZING with 4 fluffy pillows per bed! The room had a refrigerator .icrowave, coffe maker. PLENTY of closet space. Decent water pressure, with soft water. Facility felt safe and the staff treated everybody very well. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for the price. Very convenient location at I-10 and 99th Ave.
