Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe codo has an excellent layout and is well located for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Mayo Clinic. The air conditioner failed, but the host responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Publié le 22 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayCondo was nicely decorated, bedrooms are seperated and quiet, and living with balcony was a bonus. The pool area was nice and convenient. The location was great!, beautiful neighborhood and close to many restaurants and grocery stores.

A very nice property
Publié le 6 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was a very good size I loved the layout with a bathroom and bedroom on one side of the condo and in the totally opposite side was another bedroom and bathroom. No shared bedroom walls. It was nicely decorated! The owner was a pleasure to work with. I have allergies to feathers and down so he went and bought new bedding for me. He did this before we arrived. The parking is in front of the condo. I cannot comment on the pool because we didn't use it.

Visiting Friends
Publié le 19 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayExcellent communication with Owner/Manager before and after Check-in. Very nicely decorated property and clean. Left a suggestion to get a new coffee pot and the owners were very receptive to any improvement opportunities or suggestions! Very well designed condo with a nice deck with a small electric grill. I would recommend staying here and will likely stay again when in Phoenix visiting friends!
