The Casita is close to the University of Phoenix stadium, malls, parks, art and culture, hiking trails, golf courses, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love casita because of the coziness and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Full access to backyard and pool, gym as well as the fireplace. This Casita is in a great safe neighborhood. You will have a private entrance and parking up to 3 vehicles as well as RV parking.

I was in town for a tradeshow and needed a spot to park a trailer. Plenty of space to do this the room and outdoor area was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. I will return next time I'm in Phoenix. Maybe with my pup!

The casita itself was great (except the sofa bed, but they never are), the back yard and garage gym fantastic added bonuses, but best of all were the hosts. They were kind, welcoming (they invited us to join them for Thanksgiving!), and attentive (immediately resolved a hot water issue).

Lovely casita and grounds, A+ for being pet friendly
We stayed in the casita for a long weekend. We chose this property due to their pet-friendly policy and its proximity to State Farm Stadium, where we were attending a show. Pros: - dog friendly. Fully fenced expansive backyard for your dogs to roam. Home owners have two super friendly dogs that will share the space for potty breaks. - centrally located, easy drive to State Farm Stadium, restaurants, 30ish minute drive to Scottsdale - hosts happily accommodate anything you may need (e.g. kitchen or grill supplies) - the grounds have plenty of stash seating spots for reflection or a solo cup of coffee - the gym (which the owners actively use) is well-equipped! Even has a cold water plunge! Cons: - another reviewer commented on the firmness of the bed, I would agree. If you are particular about that, this bed is on the firmer side - we like to cook a bit on holiday, so an air fryer or toaster oven would be a great addition to this casita The homeowners are busy professionals; attentive, generous and very kind. We highly recommend their casita!

Worst nights sleep
The place was very clean and cozy. However the bed is NOT a California King and it’s the hardest bed I have EVER laid in. Might as well have slept on the tile floor. Tried the sleeper sofa, hoping that would be more comfortable. It was awful with springs pressing through and the horrible hard as concrete bed was better than the springs filled sleeper sofa. Was attending a training seminar for the weekend and definitely needed my night’s rest, which was not obtained. Maybe a down pillow topper would help, but that would probably be very hot to sleep on. Just a thought. The pool was pleasantly cool, but the mosquitoes were terrible…so we did not enjoy the pool. The shower ran out of hot water. We appreciated the host, but the bed ruined our stay. If you like a FIRM BED…this is the place for you!!

Unique and extraordinary experience
This is an exquisite property, with lovely paths through the grounds including a beautiful fountain, Roman swimming pool and Spiritual Garden, in addition to multiple dining and lounging areas. The casita itself is charming and spotless. Our little dog accompanied us and we were give permission by the ever- accommodating Anna to use any and all parts of the backyard. We chose to meet her two dogs who were adorable and had fun playing with ours. If there were more stars to award I would!
