Perfect Location
Posted May 8, 2024 on HomeAwayThe Condominium is located in the perfect spot! An outdoor mall, indoor mall, casino and multiple restaurants are within a 1 mile radius. Everything you need is there. The property has a pool, shared by others, as well as a nice gym. The only slight negative is, it might be time to replace the couch in the living area. Highly recommend to anyone.

Very nice unit
Posted Apr. 8, 2024 on HomeAwaySpacious unit with plenty of room, and in a great location for restaurants and activity (Westgate Entertainment Distric, State Farm Stadium, etx).
Had an enjoyable weekend with my son and found the unit to meet our needs quite well. A little tricky finding the unit initially, but was fine once you figured it out. Communication was prompt and complete with the property manager and much appreciated.
There is not an assigned parking spot for the unit, so you had hunt for a spot occasionally to minimize the walk, particularly with luggage or groceries.
Only criticism would be the unit is minimally appointed for it's size. A large living room with small couch and not really practical/comfortable furniture for relaxing; 3 spoons, 3 bowls, etc. Outside of that, would still recomment staying there again.

Glendale Cozy Suites -for Spring Training
Posted Mar. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayLarge space with great laundry machines in the unit and the basic kitchen equipment. Close to multiple spring training ballparks. 2nd floor = no elevator. Fine for us but could be hard for others. Easy enough to get in and out of the larger complex. Very nice gym. Owners very responsive.

Posted Feb. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayThe location was great. Pool and club house were wonderful. The condo was a bit tricky to find as we came late the first night. We did have to reach out for checkin directions and to gain access to gate key, ect. The condo was well cleaned and the location was great for attending spring training games.
