Good times in Tempe.

The unit was clean and a/c worked well. Nice location with easy access to stores, restaurants and access to park. The coffee machine is a 12 cup mr coffee style. Only cons were the bed was not very comfortable, tacked chairs were wobbly and the shower faucet was leaky, but I believe the latter 2 are being addressed. Noah is very responsive to any concerns would stay here again

The door code system is a little outdated. It's kind of a hassle to drive through a narrow alley and park everyday, there's no parking on the street. The furniture inside the unit was not bad except the couch in the living room it's very small and very cheap.

Everything was fine. The room was clean. Noah was very helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable. We bought an air mattress. That really helped. I would definitely upgrade the beds. Add more bath towels. Thank you!

Disappointing

From the moment we walked in, we were met with multiple deficiencies. There was 1 hanger in the whole apartment. There was enough coffee for 1 cup. There was 1 mug, 1 tall glass and 2 Jack Daniel’s glasses. We received a pkg with 2 new pillows but no pillow cases. And the toilet did not work. It was repaired the following day in the afternoon. The management’s rep was pretty responsive, but i had to follow up multiple times. He considered the things I’ve listed as requests. I considered them expectations. We were given a less than adequate refund for all our trouble and time. I would never stay there again.

Affordable and convenient

Found this property last minute before my trip to Tempe. Exactly what I was looking for with close proximity to downtown. Clean and cute little property with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to expensive hotels.
