This home is conveniently located to both Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, where you will find excellent dining options and some of the best shopping spots in Scottsdale. It's also situated near multiple golf courses and hiking options where you can fully enjoy everything the Valley of the Sun has to offer. This will be definitely a paradise to stay with while being home away from home.

Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home is located in North Scottsdale is about a 20 minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.
