C'est un endroit tranquille dans un secteur tranquille. Il pourrait y avoir une salle mieux aménagé en bar et plus adéquat lorsqu'il y a des groupes de gens.

When attending a conference at the Mesa Convention Center, this hotel is the most convenient by far since everything is within walking distance. However, only one of the three elevators worked, causing long lines and wait times periodically. The refrigerator in our room was most unusual as it was made to run two hours and then shut off. We had to run to the room to reset all day long. Such a nuisance. No microwave in the room and few working ice machines in the hotel. Carpet was stained in our room. Beds were very comfortable and otherwise the room was clean.

Good afternoon Joy. Thank you so much for being our guest while you attended an event at the Mesa Convention Center. We will look into your feedback about the stain carpets in your room as cleanliness is always a priority for us. Our vendors have been notified about the elevator that is out of service and replacement ice machines are in process. We understand that all of these items make for an efficient and enjoyable stay. Microwaves are available on request. We also have microwave units in the lobby by the market and at the AZ Brew to use at your convenience 24/7 as well. Although the fridges "turn off", they will maintain the proper set temperature of the unit and are provided for cooling of medications or drinks but are not intended for food safety requirements. We hope your travels bring you back soon!

Best hotel stay in a long time!! Beautiful property with superb amenities. Rooms clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would love to stay here again!

The staff went out of their way to be friendly.room was cleaned well daily. Pool area was nice as well as the courtyard the food was great also! I would definitely stay here again.
