The AC didn't work and we didn't get a refund after they told us to leave because the AC didn't work. We got rip off

Publié le 16 juin 2020 sur HotelsIt was horrible, the place looked abandoned there was actual trash everywhere and when we got to the room it was still dirty from the last guests. I went to the front desk and checked out. I need to see if they refunded my money. The girl at the front desk said we’re shutting down in a week.

worst place ever!!!
Publié le 11 juin 2020 sur Hotels This was the worst place ever we did a late check in they did not tell us about their parking policy so in the middle of the night our truck was towed because of no back in parking. The tow cost me $150. the free breakfast was terrible the beds were uncomfortable and the room was so in clean with black mold in the bathroom it took about six weeks to get a refund on the towing bill because I complained like hell we also called the cops that morning when my truck was towed. The tow guy was the biggest jerk. Took us 3 hours to get my truck back. worst hotel EVER!!! if I could do it all over again I would be happy to pay an extra hundred dollars a night somewhere else . do not rent here I cannot emphasize that enough !
