Service by staff at reception desk and staff serving in the breakfast room in the bar and dining room were wonderful! The food was excellent.. prepared by the chef with beautiful attention to presentation. One thing did give my husband a problem. He face broke out into a rash and swelling under his eyes when he used the skin lotion from the bathroom. He did seek medical attention at a nearby walk-in clinic. The hotel staff did offer compensation when they learned about what happened to him.

Not the Embassy Suites I know!
This hotel was NOT up to the standards of other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at between the West and the East for over 30 years. The elevator was old. There were 2 loose dogs running around and one even scared a lady at the pool when it went up to her and barked. Although there were no instructions, I learned I had to hold down the toilet handle for 10-12 seconds in order to flush the toilet and they had an issue with the locks on the doors. I can back late one night to find i couldn’t get into my room. I called the front desk and they tried to claim they told everyone at check-in that they would change the locks. The lady was rude and argued with me when I told her I was NOT told this information. I then had to walk all the way to the front desk to pick up another key.

I was very frustated upon arriving at the Embassy Suites. Ive always stayed at this Embassys location. Upon arrival I was told I would be charged $10.00 to park my car in the hotel parking lot. Embassy has never charged me to park. I was traveling with my 10 year old Son. It was just the two of us. I paid $170.00 to stay 1 night and was suprisingly charged $10 extra dollars to park my car. I was very dissappointed at Embassy for charging guests $10.00 to park. Not a good service in my opinion. Also, the shampoo bottle was empty when I got in the shower. No one had checked the bottle of Shampoo that is attached to the shower wall. Very frustrating.

I was here for a grandson’s basketball tournament this weekend. The staff and accommodations fit very well for our weekend. Staff was very nice! Starting at the front desk, the restaurant, staff, bar staff and the cleanup staff! Breakfast was very good! It was nice. They provided water each day. And we even got to enjoy appetizers and drinks in the bar area in the evening. ☺️

Great location!
Extremely friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast with made to order omelette station. Comfortable room with plenty of space and a very functional layout. Gym facilities very nice. Daily happy hour at the bar is a real plus/free drinks & snacks. Need to clean up cigarette butts near benches out front & in the planters.

The staff were exceptional. They made my stay comfortable and easy. The staff in the dining area each morning were welcoming and attentive. One morning I was running late and they offered to pack me a Togo meal. They really made my trip!

First night, no heat in room. Room next to freeway that was loud. Second day/ night, someone came into our room and took all of my mother's anti-anxiety medications. We reported it to front desk. When, I finally spoke to the Manager, he said it was reported as Alzheimer's medication. My mother does not have Alzheimer's. Terrible experience.
