Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay in Goodyear area. We had 3 families stay for a baseball tourney and it was perfect with the pool, kitchen well-equipped and everything we needed. Good communication and everything was easy with the process!

Publié le 28 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is a very nice home in a beautiful area Southwest of Phoenix. It's spacious and inviting.
We had some issues that had nothing to do with the house it's self. Just make sure to remind the host of your arrival the day before so the pool and spa will be ready and be mindful of the neighbors. Always take pics of any issues /damage to the place upon arrival to CYA. The house is amazing though!

Algae in pool & house disappointing

Contacted the owner immediately and he sent in the pool company right away however it took 3 of the 4 days of our stay for the pool water to be clear. So we basically had no pool for our sun holiday. Owner gave us a partial refund. HOWEVER, we would have rather had a usable pool. The house was ok - good layout and well stocked kitchen. Could use some TLC...broken shelves in kitchen cabinets, furnishings a bit dated. Not sparkling clean. Can't recommend.

Pool/ Hot tub heater didn’t work
Publié le 8 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house was beautiful and clean. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub heater broke on the third day. We changed rental homes for the heated pool because of coming when it is cooler at night. Everything else was great
