Accueil sans sourire, assez froide.
Équipements à revoir, clim très bruyante et juste à côté du lit.
Réfrigérateur diesel.
P'tit déjeuner quasi inexistant.
Café et muffins sous plastique à la réception et on déjeune dans la chambre.
Situation très pratique, juste à côté du centre historique et pratique pour se garer.

Hotel pratique et bien situé

I'm going on my 12th day staying here. My expectations have been exceeded. For the cost per night, I expected much less. No bugs, Yeah! No riff raft strangers visiting the property, Yeah! Fairly quiet throughout the day and night, Yeah! Overall, I endorse this hotel. Again, for the price it's a great deal and comfortable experience.

The property was understaffed. The first time (I was a bit early for check-in), the person behind the counter in the office continued a lengthy phone call with a colleague without ever even acknowledging that I had entered.
When I came back later for actual check-in, nobody was at the office. I waited for almost 20 minutes, then had friends drive around the building to find someone who could call the manager. A "Back in a minute" sign had been up on the counter both times I was there. When the manager came and said "didn't you see the sign?," I explained that it had been sitting there since 12 p.m. (it was now around 5 p.m.) and I suggested she add a sticky note indicating an actual time when she would return next time. Sadly, too many places are terribly understaffed these days and customer service is almost non-existence. The room itself was was nice and clean. I liked having a full-size fridge.

The floor was very dirty. The breakfast was just a muffin and black coffee.
