Disappointed all around
Posted Oct. 21, 2024 on HotelsMade a reservation for a King. Night Auditor gave us keys to a room with 1 queen bed and didn’t mention anything about switching the bed type on us. We got in late and didn’t want to make a fuss so we just went to sleep. We were put in a room against an elevator and got to hear that throughout the night. Our rooms bathroom had a sink with a giant crack, a broken light fixture and black filth on the floor. We’re hoping for a good breakfast, but they must have been awaiting a delivery as very few items were available. Basically only had a choice of two cereals (3rd option was out), bagels, premade waffles, or cold eggs and bacon. Another patron asked if it was possible to heat up his eggs in the microwave and was advised he could buy warm food next door. There were signs for other items like muffins, but they weren’t out on the line and they must have been out of most items before breakfast started. Disappointing all around.

Excellent customer service at the front desk at the breakfast area and in housekeeping. I would definitely stay here
