Graduation Respite
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayBright, clean, quiet, nicely appointed. We were in town for graduation at nearby Grand Canyon University. The location was perfect, with restaurants and freeway access nearby. The pool was beautiful. I would stay here again.

The owner of this property thought of everything. We were especially impressed by the condition of the cleanliness, patio, neighborhood, close proximity to everything we needed. I would give this property a 9/10.

Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was good. Just as described and pictured on the website. It was easy to find. Pool was fun. We had it to ourselves the entire time.
Kitchen had most of the supplies you’d need.
Lots of bathroom towels. But only 3 washcloths and 3 beach towels. Which was a little odd considering the place sleeps 4. When we arrived there were used bars of soap left in the showers. I let Dulce know and she responded right away.
The place had quick access to the freeway.
Overall it was nice.

Relaxing stay

The property was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, etc. the property manager was very responsive and polite. Definitely a nice place to stay. Only 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex. A great place to stay when visiting for spring training baseball.

The house was a good place to sleep and recharge. The house is comfortable with the basic necessities of home. Pool is not heated so don’t plan on using it unless it’s summer time.

It would be nice if there was a Queen or king size bed in the primary bedroom. One tv was not enough when you have kids. We did not know where to find the pool key. We would stay there again.
