Family Celebration
We came to celebrate my niece getting her Masters from Arizona State. The house was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. We found it to be very accommodating for our extended family. We especially enjoyed the pool! The region is beyond beautiful and has so many fun places to explore. We took one day and traveled to see the Grand Canyon and my son and I went on a hot air balloon ride over the desert! The best part was how relaxing our stay was. Definitely a vacation destination we will visit again.

6 Nights Stay
Stay was great. House could have been better outfitted in the kitchen for a large group and there were a few fairly minor maintenance issues. Space was huge, backyard was great with pool, and WinCo was a short, easy walk. Overall, I would recommend this home and James the host.

We came to town for a funeral. Not the greatest reason to get together. Having a nice home with a relaxing pool, plenty of space to spread out and visit and talk of old times. That makes for a better trip.

Nice propoerty that could be amazing with a little TLC
This house is in a perfect location, beautiful backyard, and lots of room for a large family. However, upkeep to the property diminishes its true potential. Many of the blinds are broken or do not work, the outdoor furniture needs new cushions, the beds are not fit for adults, and one garbage can for such a large property is not sufficient.

A great way to relax

Son’s wedding and reception
This was a wonderful solution for my wife and I to spend time with our seven children and their families. We had a lot of events to attend associated with our son’s wedding. It was nice to have a place to relax from the busy schedule. Everyone enjoyed the home, especially the pool.

Beautiful property! Kitchen was amazing. Beds were a bit small for sharing, but everything worked out great with a few sleeping bags. Owner was SO responsive and helpful. WiFi was great. Pool room was awesome!

What an incredible property!
Seriously though, this property is amazing! Great location, and close to everything we needed (and even wanted). This is a great stay for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the outside atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

This house and the property manager was amazing. He was very attentive and even helped is work out some last minute accommodations. The neighborhood is beautiful and all of the must have stores are close by. I Will stay here again next time we travel to Phoenix. A LOVELY HOME!
This home was GORGEOUS! James was super friendly, very accommodating and was easily reached by phone, text, or email and would respond very quickly. The pool was AMAZING and loved the outside area! The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. It was nice to be able to just unwind and sit by a nice pool. The only reason I did 4/5 was that 1 of the beds beds was pee stained (or maybe lemonade spill?) on the mattress and that the hole in the ceiling was “fixed” but was in fact not fixed. Overall a wonderful getaway. Would stay again, thank you James for letting us stay in your home!

Filthy run down house
The kitchen was filthy upon arrival AND horribly stocked. There were 7 plates, 5 forks and 5 coffee mugs for the 9 of us staying. The manager did bring additional dishes over the next morning- no eating utensils though. Dirty dishes and partially eaten food in cabinets and drawers. Windows were filthy inside and out- especially the kitchen window above the sink. The ice maker did not work. No TV in master bedroom as advertised- we were informed there was no remote for the master bedroom, but no one mentioned the missing TV. The large recycle garbage can was overflowing in back yard. Dog waste in backyard. Large hole in dining room ceiling. Several electrical wall boxes (empty) were not covered. Ceiling light and fans covered with dead bugs, dust and spider webs. I read a review from another previous guest - he had said ‘house looked like beds were changed and nothing else done’. I totally agree. The bedrooms in the lower level only had bottom sheets on with dirty comforters on the top. The comforters has a strong smell of urine. I am a rental home owner currently- have been for 30+ years. I would never have a rental property in such horrible condition. The backyard could be very nice if it was kept up. One large dead tree is dangerous. Patio chair covers are very dirty.
