In the heart of Tempe close to everything. Fully remodeled from top to bottom. New white shaker kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood plank floors, and remodeled bathrooms. This cozy townhouse has all the amenities of home including a dedicated workspace and FAST WIFI.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, dual sink vanity and large balcony.

Guest bedroom has a king-size bed and its own in-room vanity.

Queen-size sleeper sofa in front of the large flat screen TV in the Great Room.

Patio off the back door has a BBQ and opens to the large grass area and 1 of 2 pools.

Super fast COX WIFI, Smart TV, DVD player and washer/dryer located in the carport.

Both bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located upstairs on the second level. Half bathroom is located on the ground level.

**HOA closes the pools October through April.

We enjoyed our one-week stay at this convenient location. The two upstairs bedrooms fit our family well, as well as the open family / dining / kitchen area downstairs. Check-in and check-out were simple with a door key code, and our host was responsive. Everything as advertised.

Located on the ground floor. Parking right outside unit. Neighborhood wasn’t the cleanest, lots of pot smoking and homeless within a few blocks. Wouldn’t suggest walking in the neighborhood after early evening. The unit was clean. Furniture was tired and drapery dark.Slept in one of the two rooms and mattress sagged on one side. A plugin air freshener left a very strong perfume scent in the unit even after it was unplugged.

The unit was everything I expected. The location to 202 is excellent. You can be anywhere quickly. I will warn; I had never seen a Google thermostat before. I was a bit confused by it, but I made a quick phone call and was off and running.

Enjoyed being so close to campus and the upgraded interior! The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate a late check out on short notice.

The host was very quick to respond. This townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. Amenities were great (never saw so many towels!). Perfect location with easy freeway access that enabled us to visit Saguaro NP and Sedona on separate days. We would stay here again.

The unit was clean. The overhead jet noise is real (this was known before renting). Can only cool the house to 72 degrees or else the AC will freeze (nor disclosed before renting). The pool area is full of tall grasses and small tree suckers and was in unkept condition. Now the big item.. Cigarette smoke infiltrating into the unit. It smells like someone is smoking in the unit. It appears to be coming from the air vents. It is terrible to be come back from doing anything and having to walk into an ashtray. There is smoke eliminating spray in the front closet so this is a known issue. I let the owner know about the smoke issue when I arrived and he acknowledged the neighbors both smoke. I called the owner after my stay ended to discuss the smoke issue. He did not offer an apology or offer any compensation for having to stay in an ashtray but stated he would look into it as it had not come up previously.

A great little property to stay at.
In town for a convention stayed at the property for a week. The front bedroom seemed to stay a little warmer then the rest of the house, but otherwise the house stayed cool. We really did not spend much time in the house but overall the house was great for all we needed and we would rent again.

Perfect location to ASU without being in the hustle and bustle of campus but just minutes away. Did stay during summer session so did get to enjoy the campus area on the weekends without having parking trouble. Condo was perfect! Spacious, clean and quiet. Also the host was exceptional and quick to respond. Only issue was upon arriving the units previous guest smoked inside.

My family enjoyed staying in this spacious condo, convenient to ASU and several baseball spring training sites. Owner communication and check-in was a breeze, all excellent! Condo is clean, recently-renovated, and well-maintained. Kitchen is well-equipped, condo has lots of towels, soap, and basic supplies. Beds comfortable, TV screen large, Internet fast. One note of caution is that the neighborhood is in the immediate take-off and landing vector of Sky Harbor airport, and you will get airplane noise that is noticeable and tolerable for most people, starting in the early morning hours and lasting into late evening every day.

Perfect for our weekend stay
Great little condo for our weekend stay in the Phoenix area. Close to Mill Avenue and Tempe town lake. The property was very clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. As others mentioned, Tempe is in the flight path for Sky Harbor, but we didn't find that to be a problem. We were out and about most of the day and the evenings were very quiet. We didn't mind the morning flight wake-up call at all. Would highly recommend this property due to the cleanliness, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood and convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Central location for Phoenix area stay
My son and I spent 5 days in Phoenix celebrating his college graduation before he started his first job. Nathan's place was ideal for our stay. This is a very clean and well equipped property. The beds were comfortable, nicer than what I have at home, the large screen TV is nicer than what I have at home LOL. We enjoyed Tempe, but more importantly, we enjoyed the central location and easy highway access as we explored hiking/golf/horses/ATVs all around the Phoenix area from here.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great communication and quick replies. Place was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Slept well overnight. Lots of jet traffic during the day so something to keep in mind if wanting to sleep in. Washer and dryer are in the carport area. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Our favorite place to visit was the Tempe beach park. Love our walks there.
