Publié le 11 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayBest short term rental I have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, will all the extras provided. Location was perfect, centrally located to everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Clean and Bright

False advertisement
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was absolutely clean and cozy and for that I have no complaints. The place was listed as an apartment with pool, grill and fire pit. We when got there we realized we were actually staying in the in law suite to their house so if we wanted to use the pool fire pit or grill we would be in their space where their kids play. I also just felt it was very awkward because we could hear them which means they could hear us. I went on vacation to relax and take a break not feel like I had to tiptoe around where we paid to stay. I just wish it would have been advertised better

We have this listed as a communal pool and the following information is in your pre-stay email. "Additional Pre-stay Information - The homeowner lives on-site, in a separate unit with a separate entrance, with some shared amenities".We are aware that our guests are on vacation and we are very careful to do our best not to interfere in your time. We expect you to use the amenities and to enjoy yourselves. We have had numerous guests who have enjoyed the shared space and have had a great time. Regarding being able to hear us, we can only assume you could hear footsteps from upstairs or the sound of water in the pipes from the upstairs showers. We could not hear you below us and apologize for the inconvenience.We are a 60+ couple with no children at home and we both work full time and are home very little during the week. Our children and grandchildren visit but that time is very limited. We do not intend to deceive or mislead our guests, we truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver.

A lovely little apartment
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGot lost on the way here because i did not read the address properly. Host was exceptionally kind and happy to help us get to where we needed to be. Apartment was quiet, clean and inviting. Centally located within a 15 minute drive from all major landmarks in both gilbert and chandler. This place was perfect for the first overnight stay without kids in 8 years. Thank you!

Amazing place!
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!
