Quiet, Clean, Cozy, Perfect Location
The check in process was simple, our host was easy to reach if we needed her- which we did not, but it was nice to know she was available. The house was absolutely perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all local events and attractions (within walking distance). Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool, but it looked very clean and well kept. Check out process was also simple, host does not make it difficult and doesn’t have list of tasks/demands. Will definitely book again.

Property is incredibly close to the State Farm stadium! House is in a quiet neighborhood but the pool and pool furniture needed some work. Overall happy with the stay!

Place is very nice/ out dated on the plugins in master bedroom, master shower does nothing but trickle water so not good at all! Needs a lot of water pressure, Doll on dresser needs to be gone… wee bit creepy,, same with stuffed dog in the other bedroom. Lighting needs to be brighter,( Costco led day lights) should do the trick. Make sure if you are washing the mattress pads that you have extras to put on the beds that’s gross not to have one. For the amount of money we paid the pool should be heated. House was clean but not to my liking found a dog turd on floor. Fans blades were not cleaned, very dusty.

If you are looking for a spacious place close to everything, but immaculate cleanliness and an updated atmosphere is not that important, then this is a good value for the location and the space. It just needs some professional attention. The pros: The pool and patio very nice. We were close to everything and the neighborhood was pleasant and felt safe. The owner was super nice and more than happy to accomodate any concerns. The cons: Home and decor is dated and the outlets will not hold the latest phone chargers/plugs or a new hair dryer wand. They just fall out. I chalk it up the rest to my personal taste, like wanting newer mattress and pillows, sheets etc. Like I said, it was great for what we needed and the location is wonderful.

Needs some attention
We were excited for our first stay in Arizona, and our overall time was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were issues with this home that brought heavy concerns in regard to cleanliness and maintenance. We were told the coffee pot was cracked and that it would be replaced but it never was. The furniture has been peed on by numerous pets. The patio area was lovely with the exception of the furniture, which was torn and dirty. Even the entry rug to the back slider door was torn in multiple locations. The master bed did not have a mattress cover, which was not known until we stripped the bed at the end of the stay. Kinda gross. The checkout process requests that all dishes be washed and put away. Amid this time of Covid, it made us uncomfortable knowing that the sanitization was not assured by the owner but was assumed that the prior guests had appropriately washed. Overall, I do not believe we will be staying there again. Just too many things to overlook.

Property was very clean. Property manager was very attentive and easy to work with. Pool is not heated, but was very nice to sit in the back yard and enjoy the view of the pool and golf course. The patio furniture is a bit worn and could stand to be replaced/ updated. Overall a nice stay.

Spring Training retreat
This is a lovely, comfortable home. Unfortunately our vacation plans changed mid-stay d/t Covid19. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, soaking in the sun, watching golfers pass by from the patio pool area. Would definitely consider a return trip under better world-wide health conditions.
