You are guaranteed to fall in love with this immaculate, spacious, and beautiful property directly on the Arrowhead lakes in Glendale!

This luxurious home is immaculate, recently updated, and furnished with beauty and comfort in mind! The house has 5 beautiful bedrooms with plush beds and luxury bedding. There are two bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen bed, and two rooms with 2 singles. The gorgeous kitchen is very well appointed with newer stainless steel appliances, staples, and is equipped with all the tools you require to cook a gourmet meal. Outside, you'll find a sizeable yard with shaded seating areas, an outdoor kitchen and an enormous, gated, south-facing, heated diving pool in which you'll have hours of fun swimming. On the lake, you'll find a lovely dock on the water where you can hang out and feed the fish.

The Arrowhead lakes are the most extensive lake system in the greater Phoenix area. A tropical oasis, yet close to everything. The Arrowhead community is extremely safe and perfect for enjoying long walks, hikes, golfing or bike rides. This is the ultimate rental in the area, with speedy access to all major league sporting events, amusement parks, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses.

Take in a breathtaking sunrise over the Thunderbird Mountains, golf the many courses within minutes of the house, catch a pro game of your choice, or simply enjoy a gorgeous morning on the water's edge feeding the fish and eating lemons and grapefruit fresh from the trees.

The property is located just off 101, which affords excellent access to anywhere in the Phoenix area you wish to go. Take a look at Google Maps and see all the great parks, malls, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, etc., in the area.

Our home has been lovingly cared for and is very well maintained. We want to share this property with you and know you will treat it like your own home.

We could not have had a nicer property for my group of five men 65 and older...and two men in their 50's. Each of us had our own bed - very important - and having one bedroom on the main floor was most helpful for the oldest in our group. The HEATED POOL is awesome - the lake is stunning to wake up to each morning - the fresh grapefruit right off the tree made our breakfasts. Each night, gathering on the back porch and lake dock was a great time for our reminiscing (all college buddies from Concordia-Nebraska) and for for creating new memories with spring training games. ALL MLB parks are easy to access from this property because of its GREAT LOCATION.
