Avis Gorgeous Upgraded Scottsdale Condo

Don’t book if you want pool access or a property host resolves issues. A pool was a requirement for my extended stay, so I confirmed pool details with the host before booking. However, a pool key was required for entry to the gated pool but a pool key was never provided, despite my persistent inquiries and reaching out to Vrbo Customer Service directly. The host would often simply not even respond. No refund was provided either. It seemed like blatant false advertising. Similarly, this is a gated apartment complex but a key to the apartment complex gate wasn’t provided either. It was a fire hazard, especially when the complex electricity went out. There were multiple instances when the electricity or water were unexpectedly shut off. By far, the worst rental and property management I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend booking this property.
