Hampton Inns are hit and miss; this one was a miss. Badly in need of an update. Also not well-staffed or prepared (not a criticism of the staff; they did what they could). I'd expect a hotel, even a traveler's hotel, to be able to change a $100 (considering the only nearby ATM only distributed $100s - why isn't there one in the hotel?). Clean but discombobulated.

We didn’t receive any housekeeping service during our entire stay, which was disappointing and the water pressure is pretty low in the shower. Otherwise, the staff was very accommodating and helpful at the front desk.
