Parents weekend ASU
Publié le 17 oct. 2017 sur Expedia The hotel was conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from the ASU polytechnic campus. Newer hotel with a nice clean vibe. Breakfast is included and actually pretty good quality. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The only negative thing I would have to say was the staff seem to be young and always on their cell phones. They would greet you hello or goodbye But not too interested in anything more. We had a slow drain that needed to be fixed and it took three requests over three days to get it done. Minor but annoying. Overall this hotel is a great place to stay with family and or for work. They clearly have convenience down to a science.

The A/C was very loud and the bed, while comfortable, seemed not to be atta he’s to the bed frame

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. The room clean and well stocked, and the water was hot and pressure was good ( a particular pet peeve of mine). The text verifying the accommodations were up to expectations was an excellent tool and reassured me that all my needs would be addressed. I'll be back, especially for coffee and warm cookies.
