The girl at the front desk was phenomenal. Travelocity messed up on the reservations but Michaela was able to fix it. Jose, the gentleman in the restaurant was also very good.

Never again. Wallpaper in bathroom falling down. Paper thin walls. Heard everything the people in the next room were saying at room level. Then they began to party. Took 3 calls to the front desk before they were finally shut down. Not a good reflection on the chain.

The hotel is great, the pasta, Primavera here is really good for dinner

The hotel itself was OK. Some disrepair in the bathroom (peeling wall covering) and a stupid shower design (the glass enclosure forces one to be under the shower head when you turn it on, meaning you get drenched with ice- or scalding-water). No non-hotel walkable restaurants. Very expensive (~$300) for and OK hotel.

Check in and check out was great----only spent a few hours, arriving from judging a horseshow in Scottsdale to shuttle to airport-- coffee was so so-------I was pre signed on for shuttle to airport---we left several people waiting for driver(very polite)to get back---better planing on their part--apparently happens a bit--don't say get to front door 5 minutes before departure times

The staff could not have been more helpful! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and kind. I loved staying at this property. Traveling alone is unusual for me and I am so grateful I chose this property. The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was very knowledgeable. Pointed out good places to eat but was also highly complimentary of the hotel restaurant.
