Rooms are a bit outdated in decor but I don't generally care about that sort of thing. The pool is nice as was the water park, but both were full of screaming kids behaving poorly without parental supervision (and no intervention by property staff). Overall, I found this to be overpriced for a generic sun belt city like Phoenix, but the property is clean and well managed and there's ample free parking which IS unique for most hotels/resorts.

Hilton Resort at the Peak has become on e of the top places my family and I like to stay when visiting Phoenix. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent recommendation to take Light Rail to Phoenix Suns game. The facilities are top notch and room service was excellent.

Quiet Oasis
The resort was a quiet oasis with beautiful Southwestern colors and architecture. Pleasant pool with a hot tub tight out our door in our coutyard and a larger kids pool in the rear of the resort with slides and a restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay the staff assist me with two issues that arose very quickly. The refrigerator went out and they quickly switched bought me another one. The tub was clogged and maintenance came and fixed it very quickly . I greatly appreciate everyone that assisted in making my stay comfortable.

Horrible experience
I am currently still at this hotel up at 3am and can't sleep because I have changed rooms 3 times and looked at 4 different rooms and this last one I noticed the door won't lock. This has been the worse place I have ever been to in life. I am traveling with my autistic daughter who was already upset about the multiple changes so when I got her to bed and noticed the door wouldn't lock I decided to just stay awake after being told I didn't know how to bathe and I'm supposed to stand in dirty water let the shower drain then wash my feet off. I wouldn't wish this place on my worse enemy. The only upside is the waterpark I would never recommend this hotel and will advise anyone stay away so not stay here.

Our boys loved the pool/water slides. Just what you need when staying in always hot Phoenix. Restaurant near the pool is very nice, too, everybody in our party of 5 found sth they really liked.
