There was a mixup with our booking and we ended up at this Holiday Inn instead of the one across town. No microwaves in the room was a bummer and the only one in the lobby had a button that kept falling off. Outdated in the rooms but the AC worked and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff was all friendly and accommodating especially with our pet. They even offered us complimentary water bottles.

The carpet was worn and dirty; needs to be replaced. I was placed in a room right next door to a back entrance that was never locked. I didn't need to use my key card to get in, anyone could enter. The TV only had one channel and so I tried to call the front desk to fix it, but the phone didn't work at all, no dial tone. Whole place needs a major face lift. No wonder it was inexpensive.
