If you are looking for an immaculate and safe hotel to stay in Phoenix Arizona, consider staying at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Phoenix Airport North. You will be greeted by a friendly hotel staff offering you excellent customer service.

Front desk was very polite but our room was not ready at the listed check in time of 3 PM. We showed up very early at 1:15ish and tried to check in. They said to wait a bit and it would be ready. Checked about every 20 minutes as we sat in our car in the parking lot. They did not make any effort to get our room ready early. At the listed check in time of 3 pm they said it would be another 30 minutes! They knew we were waiting and it was still late being ready!

Love the staff. I have training in Phoenix several times throughout the year and I always choose to stay at this location.

The hotel was great. However, I had issues with the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle passed me by three times without stopping while I stood there, waiting, in 108 degree weather. This was at the Phoenix Airport.
