Manque d oreiller 1 seul par personne et lit pas confortable

I want to apologize for not being able to meet your needs appropriately. I believe somewhere there could have been some miscommunication, as each room has three pillows on the bed and two additional in the cabinet. I am sorry that the information did not get relayed appropriately to you.

Our room was spacious. Having a downstairs room, noise was an issue once breakfast started. Breakfast area needed more seating. Overall, stay was good.

This was the best Hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff went way beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Breakfast was unbelievable an actual Buffet.

I really really am enjoying my stay. The staff, the room, the breakfast… all great! The washer did have some issues but nothing that wasn’t immediately addressed

I loved the room i was in. It’s a perfect size for 1-2 people, cozy, loved the bathroom amenities. My only gripe was the personal coffee machine in my kitchen. I wish it was a Keurig Machine rather than a Cuisinart just because of how hard it is to find coffee pods designed to fit the Cuisinart in stores. I know I could have asked for more Cuisinart pods, but the introvert in me prefers little interactions with staff as possible (minor gripes though)!
I didn’t need much from the hotel as I was mainly out and about all the time, so I’m thankful that I had pretty much everything that I needed in my room to settle down for the night. it’s a really simple booking process to get your room, and the people that work here will make sure you are good on your necessities during your entire stay. I really enjoyed the place! Would book here again.
