Make your stay away from home fun and peaceful with this beautiful Desert Oasis in Mesa. This home sits on 1 acre with a massive heate 1100 sq ft pool (optional $200 extra each day to heat. Minimum 3 days. Usually needed from Nov-April), rock water slide, waterfall, rope swing, and outside shower are perfect for your summertime getaway. Sit on the large covered patio and listen to the tranquil waterfall or enjoy the rear of the property where there is lots of grass to run and play. The inside of this home has a chef's dream kitchen, level 4 granite and over-sized fridge & freezer. The main living area has hardwood floors, while the bedrooms have carpet. This home has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and will sleep 15 if the 2 pull out sofas in basement are utilized. Nice master bedroom and bath that boasts a granite wall, 3 shower heads, claw foot tub and an amazing view of the backyard through the french doors. Additional living space in the basement with TV. This home also has an attached guest suite complete with bedroom, bathroom and a second bedroom with TV. The second bedroom has a rolling barn door for privacy. This home is a 10 minute walk to incredible shopping & restaurants including: Ra Sushi, Buca Di Beppo, Rodizio Grill, Anthropology , Barnes & Noble and boutiques. 3 minutes from the freeway and 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Very fun property, enough room and activities for all ages. Well appointed, found everything we needed even things I forgot (like foil). We would stay again our family really enjoyed the time here especially the pool. It felt like a home which made my 4 kids and extended family very comfortable.

End of the summer random family getaway.
Booked this trip very last minute, my huband and our 3 children, ages 8, 9 and 14! I am not at all a planner, we always take random trips that are NEVER booked ahead. This trip did not disappoint! The tenants were very attentive to anything needed at all, thier home is absolutely perfect for a family! Arizona was absolutely breath taking! My family enjoyed moment. Amazing Backyard
The house has an incredible backyard with tons of space for games like corn hole, spikeball, and can jam (all provided by the host). The pool is also amazing with the water slide and rope swing. The pool house makes for an easy way to stay in the shade while keeping an eye on the pool. The house itself has plenty of space and a great kitchen. Plenty of tvs that we used to watch sports and connected video games to. Could not recommend this house enough. 10 out of 10.

Perfect Parents Retreat
The House we perfect for 5 Baseball Parents Families to hang out and enjoy when not watching our kids play baseball. The house had everything, Huge Pool (heated for our stay) Billiards, Ping Pong, bags, spikeball, not to mentions 3 massive, big screen TV to watch March Madness. The pool house served as a great outdoor area to just hang out. The kitchen was perfect for all of us to cook and just hang out. Owners we awesome. Very responsive to communicate with them before our trip and easy to get a hold of during the trip. One day the Pool pumps were not working called and within 10 minutes they were at the house and within10 minutes the pool was back in working order. Thank you, Sarah and Tyler, for an unforgettable trip that made memories for 5 different families.

Property was great for us.
Done family rentals dozens of thime. This was above average in terms of property qualithy. Tho we only had the normal issues that ocurr with every rental, the 2 managers were outstanding in terms of clear communocation, ease of access and results.. We are 3 brothers, wives and adult children. We did not use the pool or play any of the games, but a younger crowd would love them. Plenty of very comfortable seating and shade outsude for a very large crowd . We used the house for home base while we traveled to cousins homes for reunion parties.we ate most of the other meals in the house. Comfortable, well stocked. The microwave snd the oven were under the kitchen island and were a bit inconvenient. Large fridge and giant freezer held all our food with ease. Large pantry. Good stock of coffee, spices, condiments, garbage bags, toilet oaper, soap and all the other things we normally bring when we drive to less equipped rentaks. We appreciated this. This home was good value for us and convenient to where we needed to go.

Perfect Private Family Resort
This property was clean, attractive, roomy, well appointed, in a good neighborhood, conveniently located to airports and a multitude of city & rural experiences. The pool was a huge hit with all ages; definitely worth paying to heat it. There was a total abundance of games indoor & outdoor to keep everyone happy & engaged. Nice variety of sleeping options and layout allowed for large group, groupings and private time. Kitchen & laundry amenities were superb. Owners so responsive! Friends and extended family already planning to reserve this VRBO. We loved it and even family skeptics left saying they had a blast. We had a group of 12 with 4 children ages 6-21 plus 8 adults. Spendier than other VRBO's we looked at but amenities and space made it all worth it. We would rent this VRBO again!

All about the pool!
Great house for a large family stay. The house was clean and very well stocked for the stay. Great bathrooms plenty of bedrooms for all. The pool was amazing! There is something for all ages at the pool from the slide and rope swing or the shelf to soak with smaller kids. Overall an excellent property!

My family and I had a great time at this property. Even in the heat we played games outside, the property had plenty of umbrellas. The yard is huge and the kids loved the pool. Even though the house is centrally located near everything, I really appreciated the toiletries they had on hand. This was a great and memorable vacation!

When I was looking for a VRBO to rent for my 40th birthday with friends I wanted an oasis for a backyard. This home delivered. The backyard is paradise. So beautiful. So relaxing. Huge home, gigantic pool, responsive hosts. This was by far the best fit for family vacation. Plenty of room inside with multiple activities for everyone. And the backyard was just as great. Pool was huge, a slide and rope swing the kids spent hours there. Putt putt golf and more. Will definitely try and stay here again.

Excellent property for families and kids
We had a larger family Easter vacation at this property, which included a number of younger children, and we were very happy with this property. The rope swing and waterslide turned a regular swimming pool into our own private resort. I'm certain the kids completed over 300 swings on the rope. The house does show a little wear & tear, so if you're a property snob, it might bother you. That didn't bother us at all. It was clean, the owner was very responsive to our questions, and overall it was a great experience. We already decided to stay here again if we do another family vacation to AZ.

Family Vacation
We needed a home with enough bedrooms to accommodate our large family. This place exceeded our expectations! There were enough beds, bathrooms, and household supplies that we felt at home the minute we walked in. The pool and outdoor areas are amazing - so much to do and plenty of chairs everywhere you turn. We planned to do more activities, but chose to stay "home" and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and beautiful weather. We highly recommend this home.

We planned a 90th birthday party for grandma and out of town relatives. The property worked perfectly and the location was very convenient. All the bedrooms on one floor and the huge kitchen allowed everyone to have what they needed to check in process was extremely easy and I would recommend this property for large groups.
