Pretty clean and nice amenities and very kind staff and yummy breakfast! Had issues with check in which got amended fast as well as some stuff in our rooms fridge and microwave upon arrival that we just threw away. It’s right at the center of ASU so be aware that there’s students, metros, and other noise. Also they share parking so during university events it can take up to an hour to park. But that means there’s lots of food options and other activities near by.

I know a lot of reviews are crummy bc of the light rail noise. I did hear it, but I didn’t find it off putting. I did stay on the eighth floor and had a view of the stadium and campus. I could also see the light rail directly below. They have dark out shades and everything in the kitchenette I needed. All the staff were super nice and accommodating.
I originally booked four nights. I extended another three here because it worked so well. I could walk to get coffee and food at several places around here. Trader Joe’s is close. I’d stay here again.

Property was nice. Convenient location lots of options for dining. The metro honks were off-putting. Lots of youngsters with loud mufflers or motorcycles. The AC unit in the room was loud.
